Welcome to KPSC Practice by Dr. Preetha MS. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform.

1. About KPSC Practice

KPSC Practice is an online question bank platform operated by Dr. Preetha MS, ENT Consultant, Kerala, providing Kerala PSC Medical Officer exam preparation services including:

• 900+ verified MCQs from past Kerala PSC Medical Officer exams (2015-2024)
• Detailed answer explanations
• AI Deep Dive feature (integration with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
• Progress tracking and module-wise practice
• Exam-like practice interface with scoring

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to KPSC Practice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement

• Users must be 18 years or older to register and purchase subscriptions
• If you are under 18, you may use the platform with parental or guardian consent

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree not to share your account with others
• One subscription is valid for one user only and cannot be transferred or resold

Device Limits

Each subscription plan includes a maximum number of devices that may be used with your account:

• Monthly Plan: Up to 2 devices
• Quarterly Plan: Up to 3 devices
• Yearly Plan: Up to 5 devices

These limits are designed for your personal multi-device use (e.g., phone + laptop), not for sharing with other people. You understand and agree that we may monitor the number of active devices associated with your account using browser/device identifiers and related technical data solely for the purpose of enforcing these device limits and preventing account sharing.

4. Subscription Plans and Services

• Monthly Pass: 30 days rolling access
• 3-Month Intensive: 90 days access
• Annual Mastery: 365 days access
• Lifetime Complete: Perpetual access

Access Period

• Your subscription is valid for the duration specified in your purchased plan
• Access begins immediately upon successful payment
• At the end of your subscription period, access to paid content will be disabled unless renewed

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST
• Payment must be made in full at the time of subscription purchase
• We accept payments via Razorpay payment gateway (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)
• Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with subscription details

6. Permitted Use of Platform

You may use KPSC Practice for:

• Personal, non-commercial exam preparation
• Accessing and practicing MCQs during your subscription period
• Using AI Deep Dive feature for deeper learning

You may NOT:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Resell, transfer, or sublicense your subscription
• Screen-record, screenshot, or reproduce copyrighted content
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or data extraction tools
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the question bank database
• Distribute, publish, or share MCQ content on third-party platforms
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on KPSC Practice including but not limited to:

• MCQ questions and answers
• Explanations and learning materials
• Platform design, layout, and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Underlying source code and software

...are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Preetha MS and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. AI Deep Dive Feature

• The AI Deep Dive feature allows you to send questions to your preferred AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
• You must have your own active account with the AI platform you choose
• We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses
• We are not responsible for any costs incurred from using third-party AI platforms
• AI platforms are independent third parties, and their terms of service apply separately

9. Content Accuracy and Updates

• We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date questions based on Kerala PSC Medical Officer exam patterns
• Questions are verified and sourced from past exam papers (2015-2024)
• We may update questions, add new content, or correct errors at any time
• We do not guarantee that all content will remain unchanged during your subscription period

10. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully
• Not post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Not harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Not upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

11. Platform Availability

• We strive to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience due to downtime

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• KPSC Practice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee exam success, improved scores, or specific outcomes
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Preetha MS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

KPSC Practice is an evolving digital product. We may introduce new features or update our subscription, renewal, and upgrade rules from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and may also provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the website). In general, the version of these Terms in effect at the time you purchase or renew a subscription will apply to that subscription period, unless a change is required by law or clearly more favourable to you.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share or resell your subscription
• Use the platform for unauthorized purposes
• Use your account on more devices than permitted by your plan or otherwise attempt to circumvent device limits (for example, by sharing your login with multiple people)

Automatic Suspension

Your account may be automatically suspended when we detect device usage beyond your plan's limits. This is a protective measure against account sharing. If you believe your account was suspended in error (for example, you simply logged in from a new device after replacing an old one), please contact us to request reinstatement.

Upon termination or suspension:

• Your access to paid content will be revoked immediately
• No refunds will be issued for suspensions or terminations due to violation of these Terms, including device-limit abuse and account sharing (refer to Refund Policy)
• You must cease all use of the platform

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from your use of KPSC Practice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
