Thank you for subscribing to KPSC Practice by Dr. Preetha MS. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription.
1. Free Sample Before Purchase
Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the subscription details and agree to this policy.
2. General Refund Policy
No Refunds After Access
Once payment is successfully processed and your subscription is activated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations except in exceptional circumstances.
Why No Refunds?

- Subscription terms and features are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Error: You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a payment gateway error
- Platform Failure: You were unable to access the platform for more than 7 consecutive days due to technical issues on our end (not internet/device issues)
- Medical Emergency: Documented medical emergency preventing platform use (requires medical certificate)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
3. Plan-Specific Refund Terms

"Content Accessed" means: Attempted any MCQ beyond the free 10-question sample, used AI Deep Dive feature, or logged progress.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
Payment Deducted But Subscription Not Activated
Step 1: Wait 24-48 Hours
- Payment gateway processing can take 24-48 hours
- Check your email for subscription confirmation
- Log out and log back into your account
Step 2: Check with Your Bank/UPI App
- Raise a dispute via your UPI app (Profile → Help → Raise Concern)
- Contact your bank's dispute resolution department
- Banks typically process refunds within 5-7 business days (up to 19 days in some cases)
Step 3: Contact Us (After 48 Hours)
If after 48 hours:
- Money is deducted from your account
- You have not received subscription access
- You have not received a refund from your bank

We will investigate and activate your subscription or assist with refund processing within 5 business days.
Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription, contact us immediately at mail@drpreetha.com with transaction IDs and payment proof.
Duplicate charges will be refunded within 10 business days after verification.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
- Yes, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals
- However, cancellation does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period
What Happens When I Cancel?
- You will retain access until the end of your current subscription period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
- No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
How to Cancel:
- Log into your account at www.drpreetha.com
- Go to My Account → Subscriptions
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation

6. Subscription Upgrades
Can I Upgrade My Plan?
- Yes, you can upgrade from a shorter plan to a longer plan at any time
- The upgrade price will be calculated pro-rata based on your remaining subscription days
- Upgrades are processed immediately upon payment
Can I Downgrade My Plan?
- No, downgrades are not permitted
- You may purchase a lower-tier plan after your current subscription expires
7. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of Terms and Conditions (sharing login credentials, screen-recording content, fraudulent activity):
- No refund will be issued
- Access will be revoked immediately
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking/Wallet)
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days after approval
- Bank Credit Time: Additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank
Total refund time: 12-17 business days from approval
9. Exam Postponement or Cancellation
If the Kerala PSC Medical Officer exam is officially postponed or cancelled by the government:
- Exam Week Sprint Pass holders: May be eligible for subscription extension or partial refund (evaluated case-by-case)
- Other subscription tiers: No refund (content remains accessible for future exam cycles)
Official exam postponement notification must be provided.

- Full name and registered email
