How You Receive Your Subscription

Step 1: Purchase Subscription

Choose your plan (Monthly ₹299, Exam Pass ₹999 or Yearly ₹1,999), pay the amount shown by UPI, and upload your payment screenshot and UPI transaction ID.

Step 2: Payment Verification

We check your payment and activate your account, usually within 24 hours. Your plan starts on the day it is approved.

Step 3: Access via Website

Log in to www.drpreetha.com using your Google account (Sign in with Google) to access:

• All 913 questions from 10 past Kerala PSC Medical Officer papers (2015–2025)
• The correct answer after every question
• One-tap help on any question in your own ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity
• Progress tracking dashboard

Step 4: Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address with:

• Subscription plan details
• Access period (start and end dates)
• Amount paid (and, for upgrades, how the credit was worked out)
• Login instructions

Accessing from Multiple Devices

Since KPSC Practice is web-based:

• ✅ Access from any device with internet (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone)
• ✅ No app installation required
• ✅ Works on any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
• ⚠️ Device limit per plan: Monthly 2 devices, Exam Pass and Yearly 3 devices. Your account is for your own use and cannot be shared

No Physical Materials Provided

Please note:

• ❌ We do not ship printed question books
• ❌ We do not provide physical study materials or CDs/DVDs
• ❌ No courier or postal delivery is involved

International Access

KPSC Practice can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Payment Confirmation Issues

If payment is deducted but subscription is not activated:
