About me

I'm a Consultant ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngologist) with DNB and DLO qualifications and consultant experience in multispecialty and speciality hospitals across Kerala. I run ENT outpatient and inpatient services independently, and I perform a wide range of routine ENT surgeries, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanoplasty and septoplasty. I am also certified in the assessment and management of vertigo and balance disorders.

How the question bank started

Topping my DLO batch taught me the value of studying smart, not just hard. During my own Kerala PSC preparation, I began collecting past questions. That collection grew into the question bank on this site, built to help other doctors prepare with less overwhelm.

What I treat

I regularly treat a variety of common ENT conditions, including:

  • Ear infections, ear pain, and discharge
  • Hearing loss and ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
  • Blocked nose, sinusitis, and recurrent colds
  • Tonsillitis and adenoid-related problems in children
  • Snoring and suspected sleep apnoea
  • Voice changes and throat discomfort
  • Head and neck swellings that need ENT evaluation
  • Dizziness, vertigo and balance problems

Vertigo & balance care

I am certified in the assessment and management of vertigo and balance disorders (Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore). If you have spinning sensations, unsteadiness or repeated falls, an ENT evaluation can often find the cause. Care can include:

  • Vestibular function testing (such as VNG, fHIT and VEMP)
  • Repositioning manoeuvres for BPPV, the most common cause of positional vertigo
  • Vestibular rehabilitation exercises

Procedures and surgeries

Surgeries I perform include:

  • Adenotonsillectomy
  • Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
  • Septoplasty
  • Tympanoplasty
  • Tracheostomy
  • Biopsy of ENT lesions

For more complex cases, such as microlaryngeal or mastoid surgery, head and neck cancer, thyroid surgery or skull base procedures, I work closely with specialised teams to make sure you receive comprehensive care.
